Saktoberfest Vendor Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Saktoberfest!

We’re excited to bring together a fun and diverse group of local businesses, makers, artists, and creators to celebrate the season with our community.

Price & What's Included

Vendor Package — $515 for Two Days*

Our two-day vendor package is $515 total, which includes:

  • Fire Marshal-approved vendor tent
  • Table and chairs
  • String lights to add to the festive atmosphere and aesthetics
  • Event insurance
  • Electrical access
  • 10×10 vendor space for both days of Saktoberfest

 

*The vendor space itself is $500, plus a 3% processing fee, bringing the total to $515.

Vendors We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a variety of vendors to create a unique and festive shopping experience for our attendees. Examples include:

  • Trinkets and unique gifts
  • Plushies and toys
  • Handmade and artisan goods
  • Handcrafted products
  • Christmas and holiday-themed items
  • German-inspired products and crafts
  • Face painters and other interactive vendors
  • Local makers, artists, and small businesses
  • Unique, festive, and specialty products

Submitting this form is an expression of interest and does not guarantee vendor acceptance. Applications will be reviewed to help create a balanced and enjoyable vendor marketplace for Saktoberfest.

What Happens After You Submit?

Once you submit your vendor interest form, our team will review all applications and vendor offerings. We will contact you directly to let you know whether your application has been accepted, along with information about the next steps for becoming an official Saktoberfest vendor.

Please note: All vendor payments are final and non-refundable.
